Note: your credit card will not be charged UNLESS you cancel your reservations within six weeks of your arrival, in which case,  25% of your rental cost will be due. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival, the full amount of your rental will be due unless the owners are able to re-book (see conditions). 

The full payment for your rental, and security deposit if applicable, will be due upon arrival.

You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance policy with a Cancellation Clause, which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.
